Zom is a character in Might and Magic Book One: The Secret of the Inner Sanctum. He can be found in Algary (at the coordinates X=1, Y=1), and is part of the Find the Brothers and the Gold Key quest.

If the party visits him after completing the Bring the Vellum Scroll to Telgoran quest, he'll tell them that "My clue is 1-15". The party must also visit his "astral brother" Zam, who will tell them that "My clue is C-15".

Together, the clues lead the party to Overland Map Area C1, at the coordinates X=15, Y=15. Searching here will yield the Ruby Whistle, 2000 gold, and a note reading "The Stronghold lies at B-3, 14-2. Blow twice to enter." This tells the party how to enter the Stronghold in the Enchanted Forest.
