Might and Magic Wiki

The Witch's hut is an adventure map structure in the Heroes of Might and Magic series.

In Heroes II, Heroes III and Heroes V a player's hero can visit the hut to learn a secondary skill, but each hero can only visit it once. There is no battle, and no cost. The hero gets a basic skill taught to them, unless the hero has already learned the skill being taught. A hero can only gain this skill once, but any hero who visits camp receives the skill.

In Heroes IV a player's hero can visit the hut to learn a magic secondary skill. Might skills are instead taught by a separate structure called the Beastmaster's hut.
