Heroes I waterwheel

Heroes I waterwheel

The waterwheel is an adventure map structure in the Heroes of Might and Magic series. It first appeared in Heroes of Might and Magic: A Strategic Quest.

The first hero to visit the waterwheel each week is provided with an amount of gold by the keeper. In Heroes I and Heroes II, the waterwheel provides a random amount of gold, while in all later games it provides 500 gold on the first week of the game and 1000 gold on all subsequent weeks. It can be flagged in Heroes IV, removing the need to revisit it each week.
