These gargantuan monsters are so wild and fierce that even the orcs are afraid of them. When an Untamed Cyclops flies into a rage it can no longer control its actions and is even known to destroy goblins, which are a favorite delicacy. The Cyclops' strength is so great, and its huge club so mighty that they are often deployed as siege machines to destroy gates, towers or city ramparts. And woe betides any poor guard who falls into the Cyclops' clutches.^OffBck

The untamed cyclops is an upgrade of the cyclops, the seventh-level creature of the Stronghold town in Heroes of Might and Magic V: Tribes of the East. The alternate upgrade is the bloodeyed cyclops.

The cyclopses should always have a stack of goblins nearby, both to restore health and to throw at the enemy. Its wide attack is useful against large enemy forces and in sieges, but can easily lead to friendly fire.

Abilities

• Large Creature — This creature is bigger than others and occupies four squares on the field.
• Raging Blood — This creature has a mix of demon and human blood that makes it subject to "Blood Rage" temporarily improving its battle characteristics for aggressive behavior in combat.
• Swallow Goblin — This creature can restore its health by eating a Goblin from a stack in its neighborhood (activated ability).
• Range Penalty — Shooter always inflicts only half the normal damage to the target but doesn't incur any penalty on melee attack.
• Goblin Thrower — This creature can use friendly Goblins from the neighboring stacks as missiles to throw them at the enemy (activated ability).
• Crushing Blow — This creature always attacks a 4-tile area and has a chance to zero the target's Initiative by its blow. It can also demolish walls and towers while besieging towns.
