Sorcery is a skill in Heroes of Might and Magic V.
Effects[]
Enlightenment speeds up the hero's casting in combat. Barbarians cannot learn Sorcery, instead learning Shout.
- Basic Sorcery reduces interval between two consecutive spell casts by 10%.
- Advanced Sorcery reduces interval between two consecutive spell casts by 20%.
- Expert Sorcery reduces interval between two consecutive spell casts by 30%.
Skill rates[]
The hero classes can learn Sorcery skill and its abilities at following probabilities:
- 10%: Necromancer, Warlock and Wizard
- 8%: Demon Lord
- 4%: Ranger
- The skill rate for Ranger before patch 1.3 is 8%.
- 2%: Knight and Runemage
