Slayers are the clenched fist of the orc armies, commanders of rank-and-file orc warriors. As all genuine leaders, the Slayers are first into battle, cutting their way through the enemy line with their awesome double-bladed swords, and inspiring their troops with the intensity of their fury.OffBck
The slayer is the fifth-level creature of the Stronghold town in Heroes of Might and Magic V: Tribes of the East. Its upgraded versions are the executioner and the chieftain.
Slayers have fairly low stats for a tier-5 unit, but are considerably stronger if they have enough Blood Rage built up. At high levels of Blood Rage, they can strike an enemy up to three times in one attack, making them deadly despite their relatively low damage compared to other tier-5 units.

- Cleave - If this creature's attack kills at least one creature in the target stack, it performs an additional strike.
- Raging Blood - This creature has a mix of demon and human blood that makes it subject to "Blood Rage" temporarily improving it's battle characteristics for aggressive behavior in combat.
