The serpent fly is the third-level creature of the Fortress faction in Heroes of Might and Magic III. It can be recruited from the serpent fly hive. The serpent fly can be upgraded to the dragon fly.

These giant, flying insects attack by striking with their tail stingers. Their attacks dispel any beneficial spells affecting their target.^OffBck

A quick, but weak, flying creature, good for harassing enemy armies. It dispels beneficial spells from enemy targets.

Notes

• Korbac is a specialist in serpent flies, and gives them +1 to Attack and Defense per hero level after third level. These creatures also get +1 to Speed.
