The Red Dwarf Mines is a dungeon in Might and Magic VII: For Blood and Honor. Abandoned by the dwarves of Stone City after it became inhabited by monsters, it is located in the north-east of the Bracada Desert region. Oozes, immune to all physical damage, occupy the first level while Medusas, immune to magic, dwell in the caverns below. A small enclave of hostile wild griffins guards it's entrance.
The Lords of Harmondale must rescue the seven trapped miners turned to stone for King Hothfarr IX in exchange for repairing their dilapidated castle during the main quest, while the promotion quest from Archer to Warrior Mage tasks them with sabotaging the lift to prevent the medusas from escaping it's lower depths.
