Recruitment is a secondary skill in Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era.

Effects[]

Recruitment increases the growth rate of creatures in all of the player's towns.

  • Basic Recruitment increases the growth of tier 1 creatures by 4.
  • Advanced Recruitment increases the growth of tier 1 creatures by 4 and tier 2 creatures by 2.
  • Expert Recruitment increases the growth of tier 1 creatures by 4, tier 2 creatures by 2, and tier 3 creatures by 1.

Direct Supervision Advanced If the Hero is in the city at the start of a week, growth of all creatures in that city increase by 50%.
Elite Guards Advanced Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 friendly creatures' Attack and Defence are increased by 25% of the Hero's Attack and Defence.
Veterans Advanced Tier 4 creatures growth in your cities increase by 1.
Relocation Expert Grants a new global map spell. Allows interaction with any controlled city once a day, enabling the transfer of creatures to or from that city.
Strenuous Training Expert Friendly creatures' HP increases by 2.
