Prime Magic is a set of hero abilities in Might & Magic: Heroes VI.

The Prime Magic school is available to Dungeon Icon-H6X3, Haven, Inferno, Necropolis, and Sanctuary factions.

Tier I[]

Tier I abilities have no requirement.

Arcane Exalation Arcane exaltation I Neutral Reputation (passive, adventure) Hero gains 2 Magic Power permanently.
Arcane Ward Arcane ward I Tears Reputation (passive, adventure) Hero gains 1 Magic Defense permanently.
Dispel Magic Dispel magic Neutral Reputation (active, adventure) Dispels all effects from the target. Cooldown: 2 turns.
Mana cost: 15
Disruption Disruption Blood Reputation (active, combat) Destroys armor of target enemy stack, reducing its Might Defense by X till the end of the combat. Can be cast several times on a single stack, but defense will not go below zero. Cooldown: 1 turn.
Mana cost: 10
Haste Haste Neutral Reputation (active, combat) Increases target friendly stack's Initiative by X and Movement by 2. Lasts 3 turns. Cooldown: 1 turn.
Mana cost: 10
Magic Affinity Magic affinity I Neutral Reputation (passive, adventure) Hero gains 30 Mana (Maximum) permanently.
Prime Magic Prime magic I Neutral Reputation (passive, adventure) Hero gains 3 Magic Power (Prime).
Slow Slow Neutral Reputation (active, combat) Decreases target enemy stack's Initiative by X and Movement by 2. Lasts 3 turns. Cooldown: 1 turn.

Tier II[]

Tier II abilities require hero level 5 or higher.

Magic Affinity II Magic affinity II Neutral Reputation (passive, adventure) Restores 5% of the Hero's Mana (Maximum) each day.
(Magic affinity I ability required)
Mana Drain Mana leech Blood Reputation (active, combat) Transfers 40% of the enemy Hero's Mana (Current) to your Hero. Cooldown: 3 turns.

Magic Affinity III Magic affinity III Neutral Reputation (passive, adventure) Regenerates 10 Mana each turn in the first 10 turns of the combat.

Meditation Meditation Neutral Reputation (active, combat) Increases the Magic Power of Hero spells by 20 for 4 turns and instantly restores 50% of the Hero's Mana (Maximum). Charges: 1

Prime Magic Prime magic III Neutral Reputation (passive, adventure) Hero gains 3 Magic Power (Prime).

Teleport Teleport Neutral Reputation (active, combat) Teleports target friendly creature to another location. Cooldown: 4 turns.

Time Statis Time stasis Tears Reputation (active, combat) Creature skips the next X turns. Time Stasis is not dispelled by attacks. Charges: 1

Bonuses[]

  • Haste master (Specialization) - Receives Haste by default with 1 movement and 5 initiative bonus.
  • Prophet of the Void (Specialization; only Sandro) - Increases the effectiveness of Prime Magic by 10%.
  • Slow master (Specialization) - Receives Slow by default with 1 movement and 5 initiative bonus.
  • Staff of Sar-Aggreth (Dynasty Weapon) - Prime Affinity: Increases Magic Power (Prime) by 5. Mana cost of all Prime spells is reduced by 10%.
