Pirate Isles is the second scenario of the Voyage Home campaign in Heroes of Might and Magic II: The Price of Loyalty.

Find and defeat Martine, the pirate leader, who resides in Pirates Cove. Do not lose Gallavant or your quest will be over.OffBck

While on his way home, Gallavant chances upon the den of Martine's band of pirates, and decides to defeat them and end their raids.

Walkthrough[]

Gallavant has a single Warlock town, some master swordsmen and centaurs, and a boat. The enemy has one castle and two Warlock towns.

Take navigation to abuse a exploit that allows the player to win the map in one month.

Let Gallavant board the boat, upgrade the Warlock town to a castle, then hire a second hero. transfer the creatures to Gallavant, but not creatures below average speed. Let the second hero collect the resources on the same island, buy a boat, board, and send him northeast to capture a ore mine (the player will see it when Gallavant travels northeast). In one week, send Gallavant toward the northeast corner of the map until a warlock town can be seen. Undock there.

Ignore the Warlock town for now and head north to see yet another warlock town owned by the blue player. Capture it and defeat the blue barbarian hero. The starting forces should be just sufficient to beat them. Flag all the mines here, pick up the resources, and capture the Warlock town the player passed earlier. Hire 1-3 more heroes to board the boats south of here and explore the seas and collect any goodies. Make the second warlock castle the main one and build up to at least red dragon. The player should be able to get dragons and beat Martine within a month.
