Old Loeb's Cave is located on the crescent island of Regna. It must be explored to add the playable character Duroth the Eternal to the party.

There are no chests in this dungeon.

The following numbered areas correspond to the numbers on the map.

1. Entrance Cave[]

This entrance tunnel appears to be empty and the party will be able to continue undisturbed until they reach area 2.

2. Middle Cave[]

Hovering at the end of the entrance corridor are several Hatchlings and Dragonettes. Just behind them are a few Dragons and a Great wyrm or two.

3. Back Cave[]

This back area is the home of several more Hatchlings, Dragonettes, Dragons, and Great wyrms, as well as some Young dragons, Dragon flightleaders, and the leader of the colony, Old Loeb. The dragons' treasure is scattered around on the floor of this cave and consists mainly of gold and a few badly rusted items.

4. Duroth the Eternal[]

This cave is the home of Duroth the Eternal, a 50th level great wyrm playable character who is willing to join the party once they have completed the quest to Sink the Regnan Fleet.
