Nathaniel is found within the Roberts' Residence in central-westerly Twilight. He begins as a 15th level Necromancer with 105000 experience points, and does not require any quests to be completed for recruitment.

He begins with Expert Dagger, Air Magic, Water Magic and Leather, and possesses Master Staff, Earth Magic and Dark Magic. He also initially possesses points in several miscellaneous skills, and has a high (27) Intellect statistic. Upon recruitment, he is equipped with a Serpent Staff, Caravaner's Leather and a Merchantman's Dagger.

  • Apparently, Roberts' character was inspired by "Sandro the Lich", an old poster on The 3DO Company's official Might and Magic forums. Sandro's alter ego was named Roberts.[1]
