The murmurmancer is an upgraded tier 5 creature of the Sylvan faction. It is recruited from the Shroomwood Shack II. It is one of two upgrades for the herbomancer, along with the sporemancer.

Some Mancers believe that merely guiding the Mycelium is not enough — its protection must come first. Viewing outsiders as a constant threat, they weave their frustration into their magic, making their spells wildly unpredictable and dangerously volatile.OffBck

A fully sentient inhabitant of Jadame. Morale range: -5 to 5. Luck range: -3 to 3. Fallen Living creatures count towards the power of Necromancy reanimation after battle.

Has a short-range attack that hits over 1 hex. It doesn't provoke counterattacks and doesn't move the attacker next to their target.
OE ability Mushroom Magic II Mushroom Magic II
Reduces the mana cost of the hero's spells by 2. This effect does not stack; only the strongest one is active.
OE ability Power of Murmurs Power of Murmurs
Increases the hero's spell level by 1. This effect does not stack.
OE ability Shroomsong II Shroomsong II
Once per battle, spends all Focus Charges to restore the hero's mana: 8 for each Focus Charge spent.

Allows the hero to use the Spellbook again this round. Removes any effects that prevent its use. The restriction of not reusing the same school of magic per turn is excluded.
