The mega dragon is a unique monster that appears in The Dragon Caves in Might and Magic VII: For Blood and Honor. He has the appearance and stats of a red dragon, but uses a ranged fire attack, dealing 16D8 damage, and is immune to fire and body attacks. His attack can break his target's armor.

- The "Mega-Dragon" does not actually appear in the game, unless GrayFace's MM7 Patch is installed. A black mega dragon exists in the files with some interesting abilities, but a red dragon with resistances set to 0 is set in The Dragon Caves.
