Baron Madog is a character appearing in Might & Magic: Heroes Online.

Biography

Baron Madog was Rhianwen's father. Emperor Duncan sent the ambassador, Albin von Helwald, to speak with Baron Madog at the Amber Thorn cathedral. However, demons arrived and the meeting was disrupted. The baron, however, got captured by demons, but was valiantly fighting back.

Gameplay

During the battle against the demon slave masters, Madog will have 3000 hit points, 300 might attack (melee), 300 might retaliation, 4 initiative, 2 speed (walking), 50% to melee attacks, 25% to ranged attacks, 25% fire resistance and 75% air resistance. He has the following abilities:

• Preemptive Strike: "Applies Preemptive Strike to the Target Stack. Preemptive Strike allows a Stack to retaliate before incoming Melee attacks."
• Counter Attack: "Applies Counter Attack to the Target Stack. Counter Attack allows Stacks to retaliate twice per Round."

As a hero, Madog has the following abilities:

• Into The Quiet: Baron has to be rescued and protected from demon slavemasters.
• Free Men You Are...: The baron asks the hero to rescue two partisan stacks from demons. Madog will also assist the hero in battles.
• Return To The Den: Madog has to be esorted back to Adder's Den.
• Upgrade your Garrison: Before leaving the den, Madog asks the hero to upgrade their town's garrison to next level.
• The Old Escape Tunnel: With everything complete, Madog shows the hero the tunnel to reach the Amber Thorn cathedral.
