The Lost Tales of Axeoth are two campaigns for Might & Magic: Heroes VII that were released during the spring of 2016, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Heroes of Might and Magic series. The campaigns continued the story of the continent of Iranese, first shown in Heroes of Might and Magic IV. Both campaigns were based on scripts by Terry Ray that were meant to be included in Heroes IV but were cut.
It consisted of two parts:
- Unity: The heroes Genevieve Seymour and Pherlon travel to to the Broken Isles to find "a greater understanding of magic". Released on February 18th 2016.
- Every Dog Has His Day: Dogwoggle, one of Kilgor's generals, found himself hunted by his former allies when he was asked by Erathia to replace Kilgor's Sword of Frost with a perfect replica. Released on April 14th 2016.
It also included 80 new regular heroes, 8 campaign heroes, music tracks from Heroes IV, and artifacts not included with the original Heroes VII.
