The Lord of the Clans is title held by the ruler of Ygg-Chall and all Dark Elves. Only two have been known, in history, to have held the title.
The position of Lord of the Clans, is highly coveted, as many of the clans in Ygg-Chall would scheme and back stab to claim it.
