Lethos is a recurring hero in Heroes of Might and Magic V, in the Shades of Darkness expansion of Might & Magic: Heroes VI, and in Might & Magic: Heroes VII. In every case, he is a Warlock affiliated with the Dungeon faction, and is well-known for his ability with poisons.

Biography[]

Shades of Darkness[]

Once, the young Lethos enjoyed long walks in the forests of Tarlad. He was fascinated by plants and the effects they could have on one`s body: from the paralysis caused by the Thornvines to the inability to focus induced by the Black Berries, not to mention the beautiful but very lethal Ranloth, or “blood leaf”...
When the War of the Tears of Fire occurred and he was forced to leave his beloved forest for damp, mucky caves, it`s not surprising Lethos was at first heartbroken. However, he soon discovered the caves hosted many remarkable lifeforms, plants and fungi, notably mushrooms with strange, hallucinatory and sometimes dangerous effects.
Lethos is gaining renowned as a master in physiology, but is also a bit feared due to his intimate knowledge of poisons. He believes some day, his concoctions will allow winning whole battles before they even start.
