Leane Stormlance is a character in Might and Magic VIII: Day of the Destroyer. She gives the party the Find Blazen Stormlance and recover the spear Ebonest quest, and later becomes available as a Knight hireling.
Background[]
As a daughter of Blazen Stormlance, Leane's whole childhood was spent playing with swords as other girls play with dolls. Now a warrior of great repute, her sword is yours to command.OffBck
Leane was the daughter of the legendary Knight Blazen Stormlance, who left the dragon hunters to slay skeletal dragons in Shadowspire. He never returned, and the dragon slaying spear Ebonest was lost with him. Charles Quixote, leader of the dragon hunters, was unwilling to forgive Blazen for the loss of the spear, and would not promote his daughter Leane to the rank of Champion until the weapon was returned.
Leane asked the Hero of Jadame for help. The hero rescued her father from imprisonment in the Mad Necromancer's Lab and returned to the camp with both Blazen and Ebonest.
Gameplay[]
Leane can be hired in her home in the Dragon Hunter's Camp once the Find Blazen Stormlance and recover the spear Ebonest quest has been completed. Note that if the party returns to Leane without Blazen in the party, she will never be available as a hireling. She is a 15th-level Knight.
