Leadership is a skill in Might & Magic: Heroes VII.
The Leadership skill is available to:
- Knight and Warden at Grandmaster level;
- Barbarian, Blademage, Chieftain, Darkblade, Inquisitor, Mystic, Paladin, Priest, Shaman, Storm Caller, Vindicator, Warlord
and Warmonger at Master level;
- Alchemist, Battlemage, Confessor, Earth Shaper, Ranger, Shade Weaver, Shadow Slayer, Sherif, Sorcerer, Starsinger and Thornsower at Expert level.
Abilities[]
- At Novice level, Leadership grants the hero the following effect:
- Increases the hero's Leadership by 5.OffBck
- At Expert level, Leadership grants the hero the following effect:
- Increases the hero's Leadership by additional 5.OffBck
- At Master level, Leadership grants the hero the following effect:
- Increases the hero's Leadership by additional 5.OffBck
