Leadership is a skill in Heroes of Might and Magic V.

Effects[]

The hero gives a morale bonus to their units.

  • Basic Leadership gives +1 morale.
  • Advanced Leadership gives +2 morale.
  • Expert Leadership gives +3 morale.
