Kemal is a character featured in Pirates of the Savage Sea.
Biography[]
Kemal is a member of Pirate Council in Savage Islands, and grandson of legendary pirate captain Rahmah. Also, formally he is the Pirate King, but with what he is not in possession of Skull Ring, neither the Sword of the Pirate King, does not bear the title.

- The Fortunes of Captain Hack: Kemal and other members of the Pirate Council are hired Crag Hack to find and kill the Thunderbird.
- The King of the Savage Sea: Kemal asks Crag Hack to get the Skull Ring. All of the pirates of the Savage Island acknowledge Crag as it in his possession.
