Jasper Rice is a skill trainer in Might and Magic VI: The Mandate of Heaven. He can be found in the backroom of The Grove on the northernmost of the White Rock Islands, and teaches master staff.
His services cost 5000 gold, and the party member must have at least eight ranks in staff first.
