"The identify skill will automatically identify an item if your character’s skill level is high enough when you right click on an item. Certain items require your character to be an expert or master in this skill to properly identify them."
Identify Item is a skill in Might and Magic VI: The Mandate of Heaven that lets characters identify unknown inventory items. All classes can learn the skill.
Effect[]
- Normal: Higher chance of item identification per skill point.
- Expert: Double effect per skill point.
- Master: Triple effect per skill point.
To learn master identify item, characters need seven ranks in the skill, and an intellect of 30.
