Hell hound's icon

The hell hound is the third-tier creature of the Inferno faction in Heroes of Might and Magic III. They can be recruited from the kennels. The hell hound can be upgraded to the cerberus.

These demon canines have a fearsome bite and good mobility. Cereberi have three heads and can attack three adjacent enemies in a single attack.^OffBck

With decent speed and good attack, the hell hound is useful as an aggressive attacker. It has few hit points and low defense, so it won't last long against strong creatures. It should never fight alone against real threats.

Notes

• Fiona is a specialist in hell hounds, and gives them +1 to Attack and Defense per hero level after third level. These creatures also get +1 to Speed.
