"Healers are devoted to caring for the sick and diseased. They are often found in hospitals tending to the ill, or in temples healing worshippers. They are experts in Light, Dark, and Spirit Magic. As Healers develop their magical skills, they will eventually be faced with the choice to become Druids, who serve nature, or Priests, who serve mankind."

The Healer is a magic class in Might and Magic IX. It is one of the two promotions of the Initiate, the other being the Scholar. Healers are slightly better in melee combat than the Scholar, and are more skilled with spirit magic, but less skilled with dark magic.

Promotion[]

If they complete the quest from Gray Slemnir, Healers can be promoted to Priests, who excel in light and spirit magic.

If they instead complete the quest from Menja Ketildotir, they can be promoted to Druids, who are especially proficient in elemental and spirit magic.
