Might and Magic Wiki

Harvest is the first scenario of the Unholy Alliance campaign in Heroes of Might and Magic III: The Shadow of Death. It is available at the same time as Search for a Killer, Final Peace, and Gathering the Legion. Yog takes on some Necromancers that have attacked part of Erathia.

"A Necromancer is at work here. Peasants all throughout this land are turning up as walking corpses. But no noble or lord has come forward to put a stop to this. I will take it upon myself to destroy this menace!"
Yog

Walkthrough[]

Yog must defeat the Necromancers creating havoc in this part of Erathia to win the scenario. However, if Yog is defeated in combat, the scenario is lost. Yog is limited to level 30 but will carry his experience and skills on to his next scenario.OffBck

Yog starts out in the west with a single Stronghold, while the enemy heroes Isra and Aislinn have two Necropolises to the northeast. There is one neutral Stronghold to the southwest, three neutral Necropolises to the east, and one to the southeast. The latter is protected by a garrison with a large army of neutral Necropolis creatures.

The goal should be to build up as quickly as possible, take over some neutral towns, then take out the two high-level heroes. It's also a good idea to have Yog visit as many level-up buildings as possible, to make him better prepared for later scenarios. There are three Trees of Knowledge on the map that can help Yog reach the level cap.

There are also three seer's huts:

Near the last seer's hut, there is a prison containing the Necromancer Xsi, who will join the player that rescues her.

Notes[]

Yog's experience is automatically set to 200100 points at beginning of this scenario. Also, Yog's primary and secondary skills are not copied from Returning to Bracada.
