"Your abilities have been brought to the attention of the barbarian nation of Krewlod. Their skirmishes with the Erathian military on their eastern border are legendary. Many credit them for hardening Erathian soldiers. Recently, a border raid resulted in victory, and uncharacteristically, a large numbers of prisoners. Upon interrogation, their suspicions were confirmed. Without King Gryphonheart, Erathia has lost its soul. Your goal is to quickly plunder the Erathian land within Krewlod’s immediate reach. Once they have the resources they need... war will be discussed. Until then, your independent participation is needed. Should you be captured, Krewlod will claim you were an over zealous clan leader, acting outside the interests of the nation."

With King Gryphonheart's death, the peace treaties he made have now been disbanded. Duke Boragus, ruler of Krewlod, has contacted some mercenaries to plunder the local mines from neighboring Erathian lands.
The mercenary starts with two Stronghold castles in the wasteland. The objective is to raise 200,000 gold. The best sources are gold mines and enemy Castles, scattered around the area. The enemy has four Castles, though they cannot be built completely. Once the gold has been acquired, Krewlod prepares for the battle against Tatalia.
Towns[]
- Castle x4
- Stronghold x2
Strategy[]
Considering the Castle towns cannot be built completely, the enemy will send skirmishes. However, the enemy may also raise quite an army if too much time is taken. The objective can be ignored until the enemy is defeated. After that, the gold can be easily acquired. Also, if the purple keymaster tent is visited, the red keymaster tent in the northeast can be visited, allowing the area with the gold in northwest to be unlocked, which contains tens of thousands of coins.
Also, all heroes are limited to level 12 and the best eight heroes can be chosen in the final scenario.
