Gnolls are a neutral jackal/hyena-based humanoid creature. They are the basic creature for the fortress in Heroes of Might and Magic III, where they are available in the forms "Gnoll" and "Gnoll Marauder". The basic Gnolls is clad only in a blue tunic and wields a one-handed and one-headed flail in battle, the upgrade Gnoll marauder has instead of the blue tunic a brown suit of heavy leather armour and wields a three-headed flail in one hand. Gnolls are recruited in a Gnoll Hut and this hut can be upgraded to train Gnoll Marauders and can also be upgraded to increase the weekly growth.
