Foster's Reach is one of the Free Cities, located near Stonehelm and The Lotus Empire. It has the most diverse inhabitants, yet a questionable reputation and background.
History[]
Located east of Stonehelm and north of the Lotus Empire, Foster's Reach used to be a small fishing port on the Jade Ocean, but with the increase of maritime trade between the Holy Falcon Empire and the Nagas, it turned into a Pirate haven. It is populated by Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Orcs, and Goblins - anybody who has money or something to sell. However most of it comes from stolen goods. Ale and whores are the prime exports, along with drugs, murder, contraband and slaves.
Due to Naga influence, it is also a banking center. Oddly enough. Nobody steals from Foster's Reach - anybody who tries, dies.
