Summoning is a secondary skill in Heroes of Might and Magic IV. It spawns a random Nature unit in the hero's army.

Summoning is related to secondary skill Nature Magic.

Levels[]

Basic[]

SkillBasicSummoningIV

Basic Summoning allows the hero summon leprechauns, sprites, or wolves into the hero's army every day at a rate of 20 experience points of creatures per day, plus 10% per level of the hero. It requires the hero to learn Basic Nature Magic.


Advanced[]

SkillAdvancedSummoningIV

Advanced Summoning allows the hero summon leprechauns, sprites, or wolves into the hero's army every day at a rate of 40 experience points of creatures per day, plus 10% per level of the hero. It requires the hero to learn Basic Summoning.


Expert[]

SkillExpertSummoningIV

Expert Summoning allows the hero the ability to summon elves, satyrs, or tigers into the hero's army every day at a rate of 60 experience points of creatures per day, plus 10% per level of the hero. It requires the hero to learn Advanced Nature Magic and Expert Summoning.


Master[]

SkillMasterSummoningIV

Master Summoning allows the hero the ability to summon elves, satyrs, or tigers into the hero's army every day at a rate of 80 experience points of creatures per day, plus 10% per level of the hero. It requires the hero to learn Master Summoning.


Grandmaster[]

SkillGrandmasterSummoningIV

Grandmaster Summoning allows the hero the ability to summon earth, air, fire and water elementals into the hero's army every day at a rate of 100 experience points of creatures per day, plus 10% per level of the hero. It requires the hero to learn Expert Nature Magic and Master Summoning.

This is the final level of Summoning skill, and does not unlock any additional skills. The hero can instead develop the Nature Magic skill, if needed.

Bonuses[]

The efficiency can further be boosted through having:

  • necklace artifact druid's chain equipped to the hero
  • the hero as a summoner class
