The evil sorceress is a fourth-level creature, connected to the Academy in Heroes of Might and Magic IV: The Gathering Storm. It is found at the Ward of Sorcery.

The evil sorceress is the most powerful non-hero spellcaster in the game, capable of doing great damage to its opponents. With four powerful spells, and enough spell points to last for many rounds, it is a force to be reckoned with. In addition, it can teleport away from enemies if they come too close.

To combat it, spell-resistant units are effective – a single black dragon can tear them apart. Combat heroes with Magic Resistance are also useful, or heroes with the Nature Magic spell Anti-Magic. The evil sorceress has too few hit points to last long in close combat.

Abilities

Teleport allows this creature to move instantly to any point on the battlefield.

Spellcaster allows this creature to use a variety of spells during combat.

This creature's Magic Mirror ability allows it to reflect hostile spells back upon the caster like the Magic Mirror spell.
