Erewel is a town in Irollan. It appears in The Ship, the fourth scenario of the The Cultist campaign in Heroes of Might and Magic V.
In his quest to reach Tieru, who was living on the Dragonmist Islands, Agrael was in need of a ship. He knew that the nearby town of Erewel had plenty of them, so he decided to capture it. The elves he had forced into his army had begun to desert him, so he tracked down some local demons to replace them. He raised an infernal army to defeat the elves and take the town for himself.
Though the elven defenders fought valiantly against his horde, Agrael was victorious, and he set sail for the Dragonmist Islands as soon as possible.
