The dwarf is a race on Enroth.

Description

The dwarf is short and slow, but strong and sturdy, and have an innate resistance to magic. Rumours in the world of Enroth said that before the Crossing (i.e. arrival on Enroth from space), dwarves were humans who adapted to life on a high-gravity planet, explaining their short stature and high strength and great endurance.

The dwarves of the continent of Enroth served the Sorceresses of the Forest. Their ruler was Rocklin, King of the Dwarves.

The dwarves on Antagarich were part of the Rampart and also lived in Stone City in the Barrow Downs under the rule of Hothfarr IX. After the Reckoning, the surviving dwarves joined the Academy.

Dark dwarves

The dark dwarves are those who have "turned away from the light to follow the path of darkness". The dark dwarves of Erathia were persecuted by the dwarves of Stone City. Many of them fled to Alvar in Jadame, while the rest were wiped out.
