Dragon Pharaoh is a character in Might and Magic V: Darkside of Xeen. He also appears in the Might & Magic: Heroes VI scenario A Tale of Two Guardians.
At the beginning of the game, the Guardian of the Dark Side of XEEN contacts his rebel allies one by one and discovers that they have all been imprisoned or turned to Sheltem's side. In a desperate gambit, the pharaoh sends a baby dragon into Darkside's night sky, carrying a command orb containing some of his power. The cub dies in flight from a magical projectile directed by Sheltem from his castle. The orb survives falling to the ground and is discovered by Zelda the Herbalist, who gives it to the adventurers.
When the heroes receive the key to his Pyramid from Queen Kalindra, he mentions that he could defeat Alamar, but since Alamar stole the Cube of Power, he would drain the Dragon Pharaoh's health should he leave the pyramid. He directs the heroes to Corak's escape pod. Since Alamar didn't attempt to rescue the pilot, he likely fears what it contains.
When the heroes release Corak from the stasis field, he mentions that he must approach Alamar undetected. The Dragon Pharaoh gives the heroes a pass to Olympus, where they obtain a Soulbox that can conceal Corak.
