The devil worker is a monster in Might and Magic VII: For Blood and Honor. Its stronger versions are the devil warrior and devil captain.
Devil workers can be encountered in the Temple of Baa, the Land of the Giants, and Colony Zod. Their attacks can cause disease, and they have a 20% chance of using the fireball spell. They are immune to fire and mind attacks.
