The wife of legendary Sir Kentaine, Lady Desette plays an important role in The True Blade campaign of Heroes of Might and Magic IV.

Background[]

Desette is the lively wife of the legendary Sir Kentaine, Swordbearer to King Gryphonheart. She happily spent most of her years raising a family and gardening, but in this new world and tragic times she has been forced to take a more active role in the politics of Palaedra.OffBck

Desette is the mother of Sir Worton, and lived in the isolationist nation of The Wheel in a small cottage. After her husband Sir Kentaine was captured by the sorcerer Mastero, Worton told her he was leaving to rescue him. In truth, he was leaving with the false Gryphonheart blade and attempting to conquer Palaedra. After successfully swaying many nobles to his side, Worton placed guards around Desette's home ready to assassinate her in case someone attempted to learn his true lineage. Lysander managed to reach Desette using an old portal, learning the truth of Worton's parentage. Desette accompanied Lysander to rescue Kentaine and back to Palaedra to expose Worton's lie.
