Deezelisk is a duke in the Underworld in Heroes Chronicles: Conquest of the Underworld. He is a powerful demon, but his rule is threatened by the fact that he is blind - a weakness that the other demons can exploit, once they overcome their fear of him. He was blinded by a knight many years before the game, after a failed invasion of Erathia. Queen Allison plans to present him with the Pendant of Second Sight, a magical artifact that can cure his blindness, and ask for his help to free her father's soul from the clutches of the demon Jorm.
He gives Tarnum and Queen Allison his armies of demons to defeat Jorm. Afterwards, the armies betray them, and Queen Allison is captured by Deezelisk. He plans to torture her to get back at her father Rion, who was the same knight who once blinded him. Tarnum finds and defeats Deezelisk in combat with the aid of Rion Gryphonheart's freed soul.
