The death knight is a monster in Might and Magic VI: The Mandate of Heaven. Its stronger versions are the doom knight and cuisinart.
Heavily armored, they are physically strong soldiers, and they move relatively fast. They attack with their long scimitars, and are similar in appearance to the dread knight unit in Heroes of Might and Magic III, only unmounted.
Death knights usually do 4D5+20 physical damage in close combat, but have a 20% chance to do 4D6 magic damage at range instead. They can be encountered in the Warlord's Fortress and Caves of the Dragon Riders.
