Dark Shade is an evil gnome robber who is one of the pre-made characters in Might and Magic III: Isles of Terra. He also appears in Might and Magic VII: For Blood and Honor.

When The Lincoln crashed on Enroth, Kastore and Resurrectra decided to split the party and go their separate ways - Kastore to join the forces of Deyja, and Resurrectra to aid Bracada. Dark Shade chose to follow Kastore, and the group ended up as King Archibald Ironfist's advisors.
