Daeraphena is a character appearing in Heroes of Might and Magic IV.

Biography[]

Daeraphena was a beautiful lady and Mazellian's lover. While she was flattered by Mazellian's devotion to her, Daeraphena did not love him as he was pale and stinked. Once Mazellian learned of this, he killed her lover and turned her body into a statue of ice. Daeraphena used her magic to separate her soul from the body and sees Mazellian kissing the ice statue desperately, hoping someone would come and kiss the ice statue to get rid of the curse. Solmyr came and kissed the statue, lifting the curse and learned that one needs to possess a Mind Shield to protect itself from the effects of the Rainbow Crystal.
