Chaos Magic is a secondary skill in Heroes of Might and Magic IV. It is used to cast Chaos Magic spells.

Chaos Magic is related to secondary skills Conjuration, Pyromancy and Sorcery. By default, sorcerers start with this skill.

Chaos Magic can be combined with other secondary skills, which grants hero an advanced class:

Basic Chaos Magic allows the hero to cast level 1 Chaos Magic spells. It has no prerequesits.

Advanced Chaos Magic allows the hero to cast level 2 and lower Chaos Magic spells. It requires the hero to learn Basic Chaos Magic and Basic Conjuration.

Expert Chaos Magic allows the hero to cast level 3 and lower Chaos Magic spells. It requires the hero to learn Advanced Chaos Magic, Advanced Conjuration and Basic Pyromancy.

Master Chaos Magic allows the hero to cast level 4 and lower Chaos Magic spells. It requires the hero to learn Expert Chaos Magic, Expert Conjuration and Expert Pyromancy.

This skill allows the hero to learn:

Grandmaster[]

Grandmaster Chaos Magic allows the hero to cast level 5 and lower Chaos Magic spells. It requires the hero to learn Master Chaos Magic, Grandmaster Conjuration and Grandmaster Pyromancy.

This is the final level of Chaos Magic skill, and does not unlock any additional skills. The hero can instead develop the Sorcery skill, if needed.
