Bring Thistle on the Dagger Wound Islands the basic ingredients for a potion of Pure Speed is a side quest in Might and Magic VIII: Day of the Destroyer. It is one of the potion quests that are meant to teach the player about Alchemy.
Thistle wants the party to bring him reagents, so that he can brew a potion for them.

To create a potion of pure speed, Thistle needs four red, two blue, and one yellow reagent. These can be purchased from an alchemist shop, taken from chests, or found on the ground.
When the party brings the reagents to Thistle, he will give them the potion, and they earn 1,000 experience and 4 fame.
