Emperor Brian Falcon was the second (known) ruler of the Falcon Empire, succeeding Falcon the Great. In 48 YSD, Brian gave absolute power to the Church of the Dragon of Light during his rule, turning the now-Holy Falcon Empire away from its worship of Sylath; this led a large number of disgruntled Falcon citizens to abandon the Empire and found the Free Cities in eastern Thallan.[1]

Brian was rewarded with a Tear of Asha from Elrath himself for his benediction, which Isabel Greyhound and Godric Unicorn later utilised to construct Elrath's Sentinel in Dunmoor.[2]
