The Balthazar Academy are training grounds in Might and Magic VIII: Day of the Destroyer. It is located in Balthazar Lair, and is the location of the instructor Gierd.

Gierd offers training up to level 200. Training from first to second level costs 30 gold, and the cost per level increases by 30 gold for every level. In addition, party members can learn basic Armsmaster or Body Building for 750 gold.
