Alvar is a region in Might and Magic VIII: Day of the Destroyer. It is the location of the town of the same name.
The party can walk west to the Murmurwoods, east to the Ironsand Desert, and south to Ravenshore. They can take a carriage to Ravenshore on Mondays and Fridays, Shadowspire on Tuesdays, and Garrote Gorge on Thursdays and Sundays.
